Day 7

The theme today is animals... and I choose my buddy who recently passed away. He was a rescue dog from Wisconsin. Thor was one of many dogs taken from a puppy mill. He was special needs and was a complete sweetheart. I've always loved dogs from shelters and have never had a purebred dog. I think I'll always be one to adopt strays.

365 day 5 I believe

Back when Lizzie was first born my ex had a dog named Kash. This dog got me through a lot of hard times and protected me and loved me when things were hard. Slept by my bed every night and would barely let me out of his sight. He knew I was pregnant before I did and he was one amazing pooch. I choose this picture because I've been missing him a lot lately. He and Elizabeth always had a special connection. She could do almost anything to this dog and he'd allow it. When she'd be with us he'd take naps with her and loved to play outside.

Day like 4 or maybe 5... lol

So I failed. Missed a couple days, but working nights does that to me.







This picture is of my boyfriend Arick and me. The past couple of days have been really stressful for me. I'm new to working nights and it's longer and more tiring then I anticipated. He's really been helpful and understanding, even making me breakfast in bed. He's spoiling me and I'm not used to it. The month of August is hard for me because it's my birth daughter's birth month. He's really supportive of this and understands the craziness I keep going through. He's a really amazing person and someone who has and will help me through a lot.

Day Two

It was the first picture that really captured my eye today. This one pretty much is the point that I'm trying to get at in my life. I have finally figure out what I want to do and where I am going. I just need to get things organized.

A few of my friends posted about this so to be honest I decided to give it a shot. So here goes.






My first photo of this 365 day journey is of Raven. I choose this picture because I've been away from her all weekend and I miss her terribly. She's one amazing pooch. I saved her life twice and I'm sure she's saved mine much more. It may sound silly but she's helped me though a lot in my life. She's been there through everything and I swear can read my mind like a human some days. I'll get better at this as time goes on but I guess this wraps up my first post.
